Our Mission

Whether you are in automotive , aeronautics , heat treatment services , photovoltaïc , nuclear or any industry requiring advanced knowledge of the vacuum and thermochemical processes, ECM's mission is to deliver processes or machines solutions to help to reduce your manufacturing cost and/or enhance the performances of parts produced .

Get the most of metallurgical processes

Our low-pressure carburizing and gas quenching systems provide measurable process productivity gains and parts quality enhancements. They also propose an economically sensible alternative to traditional atmospheric heat treatments.

Performing in photovoltaic cell solution

With more than 25 years of experience in the field, ECM proposed the direction of solidification furnace for multicrystalline silicon ingots using Bridgman method. Partnerships with specialise labs insure a high level process solution.

A unique range of vacuum furnace

ECM delivered its first vacuum furnace in 1964. Today, the ECM vacuum furnaces range meet most complex requirements :

From large vertical furnace for aeronautics to furnace in cleanroom for electronic applications.

Partnering with our clients

For such industrial applications, ECM engineering teams are there to partner with you and get the most of heat treatments in your environment. And if you are already equipped with ECM installations, our proactive service approach and ECM innovations will benefit you.

About
Low Pressure Carburizing

"We previously used 8620 in order to reduce oxidation. But under vacuum, this risk is no longer a factor. So a simpler, less expensive alloy can be used"
